August 2014 AHAA held its first National Championships

Congratulations to our Club President Katrina Kruse for winning the first ever Australian National Champion title competed in August. We were also honoured to host Trey Schlichting from Texas who was in Australia teaching at clinics run by Medieval Horse Sports Australia.

Competed was the Korean 1 & 3, the Aussie 3, Yabusame 3 and the Qabame ( Qabac and Yabusame targets)

First Aussie to compete at the World Championships

Overall Katrina came 19th out of 44 competitors

Team Australia/Poland came = 3rd in Mogue

4th in Masahee and 6th in the Double shot
