Membership Forms
New memberships for riding members are currently half price until renewals are due at the end of December 2025.
The Family Membership discount is available for families with three riding members ($230) or four or more riding members ($300). Each member will be required to submit a completed membership form (application or renewal), however one payment covers all members of the family.
Please note: there are no discounts for membership renewals. The renewal form for 2026 membership will be published 1st October 2025 so you can get your renewal organised early.
Following updates to our insurance, the committee is able to offer this new membership type from June 2025. Family Ground Crew Membership. A free, non-shooting, non-voting membership for people who have a riding member in the family, and want to help out at AHAA rallies and events. This form will also need to be completed by people helping out as ground crew for competitions.
If you are attending a competition run by AHAA and do not wish to join as a full member of AHAA, you will need to fill out this waiver, self assessment, and (optional) horse registration, and pay the non-member levy.
Horses that have previously been registered should be listed on the renewal form to indicate their continued registration. All new horses not previously listed on the register will need to have individual Horse Registration Forms submitted for each new horse. If you are completing a new membership form, or non-member levy, one horse registration is included on the last page. Only use this form to register additional horses.
If you are upgrading from an Associate Membership to a Full Membership, or are progressing from Lead Rein to riding off-lead, please complete and submit a new self-assessment. Also use this form if you are Family Ground Crew, but have decided you would like to start shooting at rallies and need to become an Associate member.
